A word of advice, do NOT buy anything from this firm.
I ordered a bed from them, when it was sent they only sent the sides... there was a large crack down the side of the bed. The rest of the bed arrived 3 days later.. it was just left on my landing... This too was beaten up...
I checked the chest of drawers I had been sent and that too had issues.
I decided to excercise my right as a consumer and return it to these P.A.B.s and get my money back... Should be simple right!
NO, they took three attempts to collect the bed and chest of drawers.
Now... the boss of this firm, who I have by now called about 15 times decides to deduct 20% from the refund because the box the chest of drawers came in was damaged, which I didnt do.
SO I get cack customer services, the product is not fit for purpose and this comedian charges ME!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
